Kitchens ($15,000 to $20,000 plus finishing materials)

In our experience, $15,000 will get you a very minimal kitchen renovation. If the “footprint” stays exactly the same, the kitchen is very small and you are not removing walls or changing lighting, appliances or flooring then $15,000 may do it. If you’re doing a full kitchen remodel with change of footprint, removing wall(s), new lighting, new appliances, new flooring, etc. then you could be looking at $20,000 plus the cost of finishing materials.

If all materials are onsite, a full kitchen remodel will take 4 to 8 weeks (you must allow down time for processes such as drywall, tile setting and permit inspections).  There is also normally a 2 – 3 week waiting period from the template of quartz or granite to the installation.

Your kitchen is often the most central space in your home. Renovating offers many benefits including adding extra space, improving design and increasing your home’s resale value.
